The Process

Register your listing

Realtors will register their listing, providing us with all the information requested on the online form. Requests will be reviewed and an email will be sent confirming their participation. Because we don't want the meeting to go beyond 1.5 hours, we will only take a maximum of 20 realtors per meeting.

Listing Qualification

If there are more than 20 entries for a specific meeting, we will work on a first-come-first-serve basis. Agents will be scored based on their participation (ie. a high score will be given if agent stays for the entire meeting and fills out all the feedback forms). Priority for future events will be given to those with higher scores.

Getting Ready

Three days prior to a scheduled meeting date/time, each qualified realtor will need to provide VirtualCaravan.net a thumbnail image of the property to be shown PLUS a URL pointing the the virtual tour that will be used during the meeting.  We will not accept submissions if either of those 2 pieces of information is not provided.

To keep things moving along, each agent will get (3) minutes to present their listing. 

 

We recommend that all realtors show up 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time the Virtual Caravan is to start.  They will be given a sequential number, letting them know when it's time to do their presentation.

Providing Feedback

After all listings have been presented, we request that all realtors fill out a feedback form for each property.  A summary sheet will be compiled and sent to each participating realtor.
